As a very broad generalization, my design process is as follows:

Submit an email or fill out my contact form to submit your project requirements to me. Be as detailed as possible.

I will either be in touch via email to clarify your requirements or provide you with a basic price quote for your project.

Once you have accepted the basic price quote, I require a 50% deposit to commence the work.

If you are a new client and require a phone call consultation, I require  a non-refundable initial deposit of $85.00. Should you proceed with a project with me, this deposit will be subtracted from your total balance.

My standard rate is $85.00 per hour.

I provide a budget / quote based on your requirements. I will let you know how many hours I have allocated for this project. Once we are approaching the number of allocated hours, I will advise.

Should you require additional hours, it will be charged at my hourly rate.

Copyright and approved imagery are yours upon receipt of final payment. I do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.

All stock photography used by me in your website is licensed or royalty free. You have the right to the images to use in marketing. Any images supplied by you would be your responsibility to ensure they are licensed / royalty free.

New Clients agree to pay a non-refundable initial deposit of $85 before any talking has commenced. Then a 50% deposit of the approved quote amount, minus the $85 initial deposit to commence any design project, with the the remaining 50% balance due upon delivery / completion.

This condition is waived for repeat clients, requiring only one payment upon project completion. Late fees also apply.

If you require printing or and 3rd party oustsourcing, this must be paid upfront, before I can complete the job.

Upon delivery/completion, My terms are three (3) days. Pending Default – Second Notice after seven (7) days. Pending Default – Final Notice after fourteen (14) days. If no payment, late payments will bet charged additional interest fees & penalties. After thirty (30), I will transfer the invoice to debt collection.

My work remains my property until paid in full.

I currently accept e-transfer, cheque or PayPal as forms of payment.
